We welcome all delegates (and guests) from the 4th Congressional District of North Carolina to our 2026 Convention. If you have been voted in as a delegate to your county convention, you are eligible to be a voting delegate at the District Convention. Whether you are a delegate or guest, the registration process is the same. You will need to pay for convention ($15) via the link provided, and our credentialing committee will identify you as a voting delegate or guest. Make sure to register with the name on your voter registration. Convention will be held at The Halle Cultural Arts Center in Apex, NC. Check in will be between 9-9:45am. We will start the Convention promptly at 9:45am. We will be voting on resolutions that have been passed by one or more of the county conventions, hear from candidates in the upcoming general election, and discuss our plan to WIN in 2026 and how you can be involved in helping.
